We have a 7-day Easy replacement/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a replacement/exchange.
To be eligible for a replacement/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We don’t provide returns & refunds on cash on delivery orders. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For prepaid orders: We charge no shipping and handling fee for orders above Rs199.
For COD Orders: We charge a nominal ₹ 40 Cash on Delivery fee.
We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days. Our business days are Monday-Friday.
For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7 days. But due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason – it may take longer. You will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email/SMS you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.
